Crested Butte Land Trust Request for Proposal
The Crested Butte Land Trust is a non-profit located in Crested Butte, Colorado. Our mission is to forever protect and steward open lands for vistas, recreation, wildlife, and ranching, thus contributing to Gunnison County’s unique heritage and quality of life.
Summary
We are seeking a modern website designed to be attractive, user friendly, and easily updated. The core objectives of our website are to keep our audience informed, advertise our projects and events, and fundraise. The new website must be mobile and desktop friendly.
The existing website is built on WordPress; we are open to other platforms. As outreach, event, and project pages are constantly updated, the back-end of the site must be user friendly. We also collect donations, sell merchandise, and run event registrations on the website, all of which must be possible on the new website.
Timeline
Proposals are due by Friday, August 13 at 5 pm. They will be reviewed by staff and board members, and a proposal will be chosen by early September. The website should be up and running by spring 2022.
Budget
The Crested Butte Land Trust will be evaluating proposals on a fixed bid basis. Please include details of your proposed deliverables and a cost for a complete project.
Submission Guidelines and Requirements
Please submit your completed proposal including a detailed timeline, price, examples of work, and proposed technologies/platforms to ashley@cblandtrust.org by Friday, August 13 at 5 pm.
Evaluation
Proposals will be evaluated by a team of staff and board members and evaluated based on cost, relevant experience and expertise, and responsiveness to requirements.
