Zach is currently based in Denver, CO with a career focused on affordable housing development and advisory. Prior to stepping into affordable housing nearly a decade ago, Zach was in private practice as a transactional real estate attorney. He received his BA from Bowdoin College, a JD from Loyola University School of Law New Orleans, and his MBA from The University of Denver. Zach and his wife Victoria met during law school in New Orleans and moved to the Denver area in 2005. Together they have three wonderful children and split their time between Denver and Crested Butte as much as possible. When free time presents, Zach enjoys skiing, mountain and road biking, and listening to live music.
